Russian Execution

Russian Execution

After the euphoria of the Great Russian Revolution of 1917 the Bolsheviks become the ruling party promising Brotherhood and Social Justice. After a few years the full oppression and horror descended on Russia, but just as before, the Jews were again persecuted, forbidden to practise their religion, accused of subversion, of being Plutocrats and even worse of being Zionists. The Russian Jews had dreampt of becoming part of a new Socialist World Order but this idea collapsed. Many thousand of Jews were sent to the Gulags and many thousand were executed.
